Synergy Suspension Jeep JK Front & Rear Coilover Conversion Kit

San Luis Obispo, CA - (8/15/10) Synergy Suspension has just released the all new Jeep® JK Coilover/Air Bump Conversion Kit, the ultimate addition to any JK aftermarket suspension system available today.

Synergy Suspension Jeep JK Front Coilover Kit Features:

• Weld on upper shock tower and integrated lower shock mount/bump stop pad
• Designed to mount 12″ or 14″ travel 2.0″ coil over shocks or 12″ travel 2.0″ or 2.5″ air shocks
• Shock mounting width: 1.25″
• Adjustable ride height for 35″ to 42″ tires
• 3/16″ laser cut and CNC formed from high strength steel
• Optional air bump mounting kit (PPM-5011-03) can be added at a later time if desired
• Removal of stock coil bucket, shock tower, and lower shock mount required for installation
• Includes all mounting hardware

• PPM-5011-03 – Air Bump Mounting Kit
• PPM-5011-04 – Shock Reservoir Mount Kit

Synergy Suspension Jeep JK Rear Coilover Kit Features:

• Heavy duty tubular cross member construction features 1-3/4″ DOM steel, with 3/16 precision laser cut bracketry
• Moves the upper shock mount up and back, necessary to fit 12″ travel coil over shocks
• Weld in design requires removal of rear exhaust hangers and trimming of factory shock mount bracketry
• Requires relocation of the muffler to the front of the axle or custom smaller muffler in the stock location
• Requires the removal of the stock anit-sway bar or installation of a Currie Anit-Rock rear antisway bar
• Bolt-on lower shock mount, moves the lower shock mount as high possible
• Mounts are designed for shocks with 1.50″ wide mounting spacers
• Note: **May not work with aftermarket storage tub enlargement kits**

• Rear Upper Coilover Shock Mount
• All Necessary Grade 8 Mounting Hardware

• PPM-8072-04 – Weld On Rear Lower Control Arm Axle Bracket Kit
• PPM-8078 – Rear Lower Control Arm Skids w/ Integrated Shock Mounts
