RCV's new U-Joints are machined from 300M Billet material and the caps are made of 4340 chromoly. They are also properly heat treated and cryogenically frozen for added strength. These U-Joints do not haveneedle bearings or bushings to crush or wear out. This makes the legs much larger than any other U-Joints for added strength. The legs and caps are surfaced hardened and polished to prevent wear and galling. The legs also have hole bored int he end of the for grease storage. The caps come with grease fittings, full circle snap rings and a standard type waterproof press-on seal. These joints come with a lifetime warranty against breakage. With testing, we found these are the strongest and longest lasting after market U-Joints on the planet today. Available for Dana 44 or Dana 60 .
